great room , but breakfast could improve

The Bayside King Room with City View exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness, especially the large bathroom. I was impressed by the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from the reception area, making my stay even more memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, helping with anything I needed during my three nights there.

The breakfast buffet, while decent, lacked some variety compared to expectations.

The deluxe double room in this brand new hotel was both spacious and clean, boasting an incredible view of Mt. Fuji that could be revealed with a touch of the electric blind. The hand-cut beef tartare at dinner was a standout, emphasizing the high-quality dining experience. However, I noticed some issues with the concierge service, which lacked clear communication, and the in-room dining options were somewhat limited. Despite this, the overall ambiance and comfort made for a memorable stay.

The pool was amazing with no crowds, and the room had a super comfy bed. Walking distance to shopping and the pier was a plus!

While the view is stunning, street noise from nearby trains and traffic can be disruptive, particularly at night. The buffet breakfast offers a limited selection, and one morning, the toaster was missing, making a simple toast impossible. The wait for made-to-order omelettes felt painfully slow, and I missed a variety of fresh fruits that would have added to the meal.

Waking up each morning to admire the stunning city view from our corner room was a true delight. The attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

However, we did face some delays with the breakfast service, particularly at the toaster station, which could use some improvement.

The included breakfast was a delight, with a great range of delicious options. And I can’t forget about the exceptional massage I received at the spa!

The hotel’s decor is elegant and modern, with lovely art pieces and comfortable seating throughout the common areas, making it feel inviting for seniors. Its accessibility was impressive, with smooth transitions and elevators that made moving around a breeze.

stayed at the westin for 2 nights and loved it! the deluxe king room had a fantastic city view, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the staff were super friendly and went the extra mile with their service, especially in the lounge where the meals felt fresh and plentiful.

I had an amazing time staying at this brand new hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and the electric blinds let us wake up to stunning views of Mt. Fuji! The breakfast choices were diverse and delicious, making each morning special. I'd definitely choose this place again for a relaxing experience.
